Berkeley Tower, is a seven-story, 43,661 s.f. office building located in Berkeley, CA.  Originally constructed in 1983, Berkeley Tower sits on approximately 0.19 acres at the corner of Shattuck and University Avenue, one block from the University of California’s Berkeley campus.  TSAO DesignGroup has been retained by the Owner to redesign the building exterior and office tower lobby as well as prepare tenant standards and upgrade the core restrooms.
